What is the PSD file, and why do I need it?
A .psd file is a source file for Photoshop, a graphic editor that is used by most web designers. The Photoshop source of the theme design can be useful for experienced designers, who prefer to make changes in original theme design, rather than modifying theme files. Modifying the PSD file will not change anything in the theme, unless you export modifications in the theme files (PHP, CSS). So if you’re not familiar with Photoshop, then you don’t need this file, and it would be easier for you to make the changes directly in the theme files, which can also be modified, without having the PSD file.
Note: Some themes comes without PSD file because the authors do not want to put their PSD files to the same GPL license as the themes have.

Common Issues Questions
Issues Caused by Plugin Incompatibility
If you notice that the theme behaves not as expected, or if you see some code/text in a place where it shouldn’t be, make sure that you go to Plugins > Installed Plugins and deactivate all active plugins. In many cases an outdated or poorly-coded plugin could cause unexpected behavior.
Compare with our Live Demo for the theme you are using
If there is something wrong on your website, please check if the same thing occurs in our Live Demo for the theme you are using.
You can check the Live Demos for all of our themes on our website.
Test website in more than one browser
If your website behaves in an unexpected manner or if you have noticed a potential bug, please check your website in more than one browser. In many cases some personal, local browser settings may affect aspects of your browsing experience.
Example: Setting the Zoom Level in your browser to a different value than 100%, and then asking why the website looks shrunk or stretched.
My changes are not visible on the website
If you have made some changes on your website, such as CSS rules, make sure that you edit the file on your live website, and not just on your hard drive.
Also, try refreshing/clearing your browser’s cache. In most browsers this can be done by hitting CTRL+R.
If changes are still not visible, make sure that you turned off your caching plug-in, if you are using one (examples of such plugins are WP Super Cache and W3 Total Cache).
